Preparing for Your Visit to Anne Coleman, LCSW
Counseling Fees
Psychotherapy for a 45 to 50-minute session is $140. Most private insurance is accepted. For those who either have no insurance or would rather not use their insurance, Anne would be happy to discuss a sliding scale fee based upon your financial need. If you will be asking that she bill an insurance company for your treatment, please be aware that the insurance company determines your financial liability. For reference, mental health service co-pays are often listed as “specialist” on your insurance card.
Payment Information
Checks, cash, or credit card are accepted. Please make checks payable to “Anne Coleman.” Payment is due at the time of service. She will provide you with a monthly invoice and receipt for all appointments and fees paid if requested. Most policies require annual deductibles by individual, family, or condition. Moreover, certain mental health policies may offer reimbursements at a different rate from other medical services.
Some policies may require prior authorization for mental health services. Please obtain the required authorization needed and present it to Anne when you arrive for your initial visit.
